How I Do This...
THE FOCUSED LIVING PROGRAM
The Focused Living Program is a personal development discovery process that aims to help women leaders clarify their life direction and vision.
When I say leaders, I don’t refer to official titles or job responsibilities. The word “leaders” refer to anyone who is able to influence others, whether in an official or unofficial capacity.
So if you’re someone who’s leading people and needs clarity in your life, then this program is for you.
What is The Focused Living Program?
The Focused Living Program is a personal and group coaching program that aims to help you answer important questions about your life direction.
This is for you if ...
- you BELIEVE that God has a great purpose for your life, but you’re not sure what it is.
- you THINK that God has been working in you, but you just don’t know how.
- you have been DOING A LOT of great things, but you’re not certain if you’re doing the right things.
- you are READY to make a change, but you don’t know the process for making this happen.
You may have been asking yourself these questions:
What do I do now?
Which direction should I take? What if I make the wrong decision?
How can I break out of this stressful cycle?
When will I ever get my “big break”?
IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU... then this program is for you.

Stress, Procrastination, and Lack of Motivation
These are some of the things that may be preventing you from moving toward a joy-filled and intentional life. It’s time to dig into the root of these issues.
Frequently Asked Questions
I take my definition of coaching from the book by Keith E. Webb. It says, “Coaching is an on-going conversation that empowers a person to fully live out God’s calling”. I believe that we all have a purpose, but not everyone knows what it is. Some may have an idea, but they’re not entirely confident about it. Coaching is the process that helps draw out insights that can help someone live purposefully and intentionally.
Life coaching has been around for quite some time now. But only recently, has it been acknowledged as a process that everyone needs in their lives.
Anyone can hire a life coach. This can include people who:
– are ready to experience a breakthrough.
– want to sustain a change that has occurred as a result of breakthrough
– desire to translate a breakthrough experience into a long-term plan for change.
Those who are committed and dedicated to living a life of purpose are the ones who actively seek out a life coach.
The focus of coaching is the future, rather than the past. It seeks to draw out something that’s already inside of someone so they can walk toward a great future. It also includes helping someone identify obstacles that may hinder her from fully living out her purpose. Coaching is somewhat similar to therapy in such a way that they both provide guidance and support to someone, but it’s focus is really looking toward the things that are up ahead.
A consultant and a coach are both experts. The difference lies in what it is that they’re experts on. A consultant is an expert in a specific subject matter, and is called on to give technical help or advice. Now, a coach is also an expert – not on a subject matter, but on the coaching process.
My goal as a coach is to help develop the women I work with, so they can achieve their desired results. I do this, not by giving advice, but through on-going, intentional conversations that will empower them to move toward “their great future”.
I have chosen to focus on coaching women, as my past experience has allowed me to see that I am more effective in helping women. I’m able to relate well with their situation, and understand the pains and struggles that they are going through.
